By downloading, installing, or using Orchard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Orchard is a free iOS application that reads your Apple Music playback history and submits it ("scrobbles") to your Last.fm account. The App requires a Last.fm account and access to your iOS media library.
Orchard does not create or manage user accounts. Authentication is performed through Last.fm's official OAuth flow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Last.fm account.
You agree not to:
Orchard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. The App's name, logo, and branding are proprietary. "Apple Music" is a trademark of Apple Inc. "Last.fm" is a trademark of Audioscrobbler Ltd / Paramount.
Orchard integrates with Last.fm and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:
Orchard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all scrobbles will be successfully submitted. Last.fm API availability is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost scrobble data or Last.fm account issues.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
